I had an amazing time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, with a tranquil lake view that added to the overall charm and tranquility of the place. The amenities were top-notch, including two pools, a sauna, and a spa. The apartment itself was fabulous, with two separate bathrooms and impeccable cleanliness. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from ironing facilities to a fully equipped kitchen and even a CD player for entertainment. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing detailed information and maps of the area upon arrival. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family, it truly exceeded my expectations in every way.

within walking distance jetty's bar and grill, where you can have lunch. near centenary park and all the action.

The apartments were well designed and immaculately clean. We didn't want for anything as they were well equipped with plenty of storage and space. The staff were friendly, professional, and informative. We enjoyed the variety of activities in the area, including biking, canoeing, paddle boating, and swimming. The nearby attractions such as Peel Zoo and Mandurah King Carnival were great for a fun day out. The fact that there was ample parking available, both undercover and in front of the reception building, was convenient.

That we visited during winter, and it would have been even better during the warmer months. The area might not be as bustling during this time, but the peacefulness and tranquility suited our needs well.

Hot water ran out. Blanket smelt like it had not been washed for the last 3 years. Mattress could be much better.

Loved the scenic view from the balcony and the refreshing small pool. the apartment was clean and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. the location was perfect with easy access to the nearby restaurants and cafes.

The big pool was not heated, which was a bit disappointing. the room bedding and linen required a bit more attention to cleanliness and hygiene.

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, staff. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect - away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service.

The unit was very clean and well appointed. We had an upstairs unit with a view over the lake.

Room was very clean, well layed out. Overlooked a non-swimming lake with fish and birds.

Firstly the first time we ever saw a staff member was when we checked out.Never had to sign a thing on arrival or departure. When we arrived at about 4pm our room key along with about 12 others were just sticky taped to to office door.. seemed odd with thatmany guests arriving ( booked in for a wedding) that there was no staff member on. Also very noisy location at night as is very close to main highway.
